Shipping Policy

• WebCamProShop.com ships via FedEx for most domestic deliveries.
  
  
• Shipping & Handling charges are automatically calculated based on your selected method of shipment when placing an order.
  
  
• The method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days.
  
  
• Please note that we count from the day we ship the item and not from the day the order was placed.
  
  
• However, we guarantee that we attend to our customers on a first come first serve basis.
  
  
• Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  
  
• Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. In the unlikely event that we anticipate a delay in your order, you will be notified via e-mail or be contacted by our customer service representative.
  
  
• ALL IN STOCK PRODUCTS FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 PM PST WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY
  
  
• Non-stock items are shipped directly from the Manufacturer to the customer. A 1 day lead time for shipping directly from the manufacturer may be imposed.
  
  
• Drop ship items and items sent from the manufacturer may take up to 1 day for Tracking information to be updated.
  
  
• 3rd Party Shipping is available, however there will be a handling fee for each item that is shipped via 3rd Party Shipping.
  • A minimum of $1.00 for every $100.00 Purchased will be imposed for the handling fee.
