Hot Climate Camera Housings
The Cooldome™ camera enclosure is designed for hot climate applications, where temperatures can exceed far above 100ºF, protecting the camera system by creating an ambient temperature difference of up to 50ºF. The Dotworkz-designed thermo-electric cooling system actively cools the internal camera enclosure even when outside temperature reach 130ºF. The Cooldome™ turns on/off automatically at set temperature thresholds, preventing heat-induced shutdowns and risks of damage to expensive surveillance equipment. It is perfect for regions that consistently exceed temperatures of 100ºF, high humidity regions, or specific environments like coal mines, nuclear power plants, and industrial facilities.
